Where we ship

We ship within India through Shiprocket and its courier partners. If a courier can't deliver to your pincode, we'll contact you before dispatch and cancel the order with a full refund.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

During festivals like Diwali, or in case of weather, strikes or other events outside our control, deliveries may take longer. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Shipping charges

Shipping is currently free on all orders. If this changes, any shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive the courier name and tracking details by SMS and/or email. You can also message us with your order number for an update.

Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after the courier's attempts, the order may be returned to us. We can re-ship it (you may be asked to pay the extra shipping), or refund the order value minus the shipping costs we were charged.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening it. If a jar is broken or leaking, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We'll replace or refund it.
